Dr. Ben Friberg is a seasoned dentist, business strategist, and leadership coach dedicated to helping dental professionals build profitable, patient-focused practices. With a background in Business Management from Oregon State University, he spent three years as a vice president in the construction industry before realizing his true passion lay in healthcare. After earning his DDS from SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, he combined his clinical expertise with business acumen to create a thriving practice—and now helps others do the same.

Based in Wilmington with his wife and two children, and the proud recipient of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce’s “40 Under 40” award, Dr. Friberg is a sought-after consultant known for his holistic approach to practice growth, leadership, and sustainable success. He believes a well-run practice should align with both professional aspirations and personal fulfillment. When he’s not coaching dentists, he enjoys fishing, training for Ironman races, and spending time at the beach with his family.
